BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The 4th Generation of Nemitsas family, and main shareholder L.Nemitsas Ltd which she founded in 2007, continuing and expanding the activities of Nemitsas Industries Ltd where she held the position of Finance and Administration Director from 1987 until 2007. Her academic background is in Economics.

Today she serves as Managing Director of L. Nemitsas LTD and is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Federation of Employers and Industrialists (OEB), a member of the Board of Limassol Red Cross and of the Cyprus Federation of Businesswomen Professionals (ΚΟΓΕΕ).

Kikis is the Business Development Director for L. Nemitsas LTD since 2009. Aside from his various other professional experiences, he served as Managing Director of Nemitsas Industries Ltd from 1991 until 2004 when he was appointed General Manager of the Cyprus State Fairs Authority until 2009. His academic background is in Economics, Management, and Marketing. Currently focused on expanding new partnerships and dealerships, he is preparing to pass on the baton to his son, Takis.

Christodoulos held the positions of Quality Controller, Foundry, Production, and Technical Manager for Nemitsas Industries Ltd, from 1999 until 2007, when he joined L.Nemitsas Ltd as Technical Director and shareholder. His academic background is in Mechanical Engineering and also holds an MEng in Aeronautical Engineering. He is also a licenced member of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK).

The 5th generation of the Nemitsas family. His academic background is in Mechanical Engineering and holds also an MSc in Sustainable Development and Entrepreneurship. Following a year of professional experience with MTU in Germany, he joined L. Nemitsas Ltd in 2015 as a Sales Engineer, and in 2019 he was appointed a member of the Board as Sales Director. As of 2021, he is also a member of the Industry Committee of the Limassol Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Alexia is a non-executive member of the Board of L. Nemitsas Ltd since its creation in 2007, and the 4th generation of the Nemitsas family. She holds a senior managerial position in Eurosure, her family-owned Insurance Company.
